ABI
FOUNDER & OWNER
Abi is the heart behind Touch Health and Beauty, which she founded in 2002 with a clear passion for delivering exceptional beauty therapy. As a fully qualified therapist, she built the business from the ground up, starting with just two treatment rooms and a small team of three. Over the years, her dedication, expertise, and commitment to outstanding client care have helped the salon grow into a thriving beauty destination, now boasting four treatment rooms, three nail bars, and a talented team of ten. Abi continues to lead with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every client experiences the very best in beauty and wellbeing.
LAUREN
THERAPIST & MANAGER
Lauren is our salon manager and has worked at touch since 2011. She is now a part time Therapist after having her first baby in 2024, you will see her in the salon 3 days a week but she is also busy working behind the scenes too, helping Abi with the running of the salon. Lauren can talk about skincare all day and loves to help clients find their perfect Dermalogica products to use at home. She also loves doing advanced skin care treatments to help you reach your ultimate skin goals!
SOPHIA
THERAPIST & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Sophia is a full-time therapist and has been here since 2016. She is our go to for all our social media and loves coming up with ideas to keep you all updated and entertained. You will find her at reception on a Monday doing exactly this! She loves doing nails and laser hair removal and is very passionate about make people feeling uplifted and happier when they leave the salon! She loves a good chat at the nail bar but equally lets you relax when in the treatment rooms!
SOPHIE
THERAPIST
Sophie is a full-time therapist and has worked here since 2016. Sophie specialises in nails, brows and all our laser treatments. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of beauty and always knows what's going on in our industry. She is also a whizz at social media and often helps Sophia with our content. We have seen amazing results from her ombre brow treatment, with her precision and dedication to getting it just right for each individual client, be it natural soft brows to fuller thicker brows, the confidence it gives them is unmatched!
AIMEE
THERAPIST
Aimee is a full-time therapist and has worked at the salon since 2018. Aimee's passion lies in skincare, microneedling and holistic treatments! She loves nothing more than being in a treatment room doing all types of massage and facials. She loves to help people feel confident in their own skin, having embarked on her own skin journey. She specialises in Dermaplaning and loves recommending treatment plans for clients using Dermalogica at home and in the salon.
LAUREN H
THERAPIST
Lauren is a full-time therapist; she is the newest member of our team at touch, starting in October 2025, but she comes with a wealth of experience, having already worked in the industry for the last 9 years. Lauren loves all aspects of beauty and having previously worked in a spa, she loves doing massage, particularly 90 minute ones, so if you are in need of relaxation and have aching muscles, Lauren H is your lady! Already passionate about skincare, she is currently working on achieving her Dermalogica Expert level and is really enjoying learning about this new brand to her.

KERRY
THERAPIST
Kerry is a part time therapist and has been working at touch since 2006! Kerry is passionate about making clients feel pampered and loves all things holistic, our signature Gua sha touch therapy facial is her favourite treatment to do! She may be small but has incredibly strong hands, so if you want a firm massage don't be fooled by her appearance, she will find knots you didn't know you had!
KIRSTEN
THERAPIST
Kirsten joined us at Touch in the summer of 2025 and is currently working part-time while studying for her Level 4 qualification at college. Kirsten has already become a key asset to our team, alongside studying for level 4 Kirsten is also doing her Dermalogica certified and will be doing ongoing training to become another one of our skincare experts! She is loving her time learning all about the skin, products and treatments we have to offer and can't wait to put it all in to practice. She also loves doing manicures and you'll often see her at our nail bar making our clients nails look beautiful!
KIRSTY
THERAPIST
Kirsty is a part time therapist at touch and has worked here since 2013, currently on maternity leave, Kirsty will be back in the salon at the end of Summer 2026. She loves all aspects of beauty therapy, and enjoys having a variety of different treatments throughout her day, whether that's waxing, nails, facials or massage! She looks forward to treating you again when she returns!

As our receptionist Rachael is often the first friendly face clients meet, and her welcoming nature and exceptional organisation help keep the salon running smoothly. With years of experience supporting both clients and therapists, Rachael ensures every visit starts with a smile and ends with a seamless, enjoyable experience. Her dedication and calm, approachable manner make her an essential part of our team and a favourite among clients.
